How to start a group chat

Group chats are commonly used by friends and families to keep in touch with each other, share photos and videos, etc. Teams and businesses usually coordinate their work, answer questions and share ideas. The Call.com app has many features that make communication in groups easy no matter their purpose.
Call.com users are able to engage in group chats with other users of the platform for free. However, it is important to note that this feature is exclusive to Call.com users only. Therefore, if you wish to participate in free group chats with your friends or colleagues, they must also be registered users of Call.com.

Note: the maximum number of group chat participants is 20. Group chats can be used only between the Call.com users

1.Open your Call.com app

2.Click the "Messages" button on the bottom home screen and then the "Create new message" button in the top right

2.Click the "Chats" tab and select contacts you wish to start chat with.

3. For your convenience, you can use the Search field to quickly find a contact in your list. After you selected all the contacts, click the "Create a new message" button

Instructions for PWA/ web browser

1.Open your Call.com app

2.Navigate to Chats -> click the Create new chat button

3. Click the Start a group chat button

3.You can use the Search field to quickly find your contacts or scroll and select contacts from the list. Tap the Start a group chat button
