How to purchase the Call.com virtual number

Instructions for the web app

Note:virtual numbers can be purchased from your Call.com balance in the web app. If you do not have credits on your balance, you need to purchase some pre-paid credit first.

1.Open your Call.com web app.

2.Click the "Numbers" button on the left home screen, and then the "Add new number" button

3.You will need to enter the number's profile name. Please, note, that the virtual number's profile name must be different from your main SIM profile. Then select the number you would like to get and click the "Buy now" button.

Instructions for mobile apps

Note: we offer Google Play and Apple Pay payments for in-app purchases (depending on your device).

1.Open your Call.com app

2.Click the "Numbers" button on the bottom home screen, and then the "Add new number" button in the top right

3.Enter your virtual number's profile name, it must be different from your main SIM number profile. Select the country, your number, contract's duration. Click the "Buy" button when you are ready.
